I was charged for something that the garage has broke in my car. I am definitely not happy about that. Apart from that I had a good experience, hence the 3 stars. ****EDIT**** I was contacted by Fixter and they sort out everything to my complete satisfaction. I have been using this service since 2021 and have very satisfied with the service they offer. Apart from that small issue that was fixed quickly and to my satisfaction. I needed a timing belt and water pump replacement. Fixter booked me a garage near Eastbourne but then found they couldn't fit me in and the booking had to be cancelled at no cost to me. Fixter kept me properly informed. So I re-booked next time I was in London and that was fine. Fixter collected and delivered exactly as booked, and the work was done on time.

Although my car had failed the MOT, the prices I was quoted for the work that needed to be done for my car to pass were reasonably. I received my car on the same day.
