So pleased with Fixter, such a smooth running service, from my car being picked up from home to the work being completed and delivery back onto my drive. Very impressed, Fixter kept me updated in regards to the work being done, and all for a very good price, Renault dealers price was almost five hundred pounds more, so don’t get caught paying over the top! This was my first MOT with Fixter and the attraction for me was the car being picked up and delivered back to my home, as I was recovering from a recent non-Covid related illness. I was informed both by phone and txt message of all that was happening and exactly when the car and relevant paperwork would be dropped back. It all ran on rails actually. I will be using this MOT service again, so long as the price stays competitive which it certainly is at present!

I was easily able to contact fixter for advice regarding the issue I had with the car and make specific arrangements prior to the garage collecting the car. Excellent customer service and very polite assistance received over the phone. I did not manage to get the man’s name who I spoke to but he was very helpful. Will definitely use again. Thanks.
