Confusion over the invoice but sorted by fixter call centre. I would use them again but would be wary if 'the required parts arent available' next time. Overall, a convenient, slightly cheaper method of car repair, especially if you prefer your car collected and delivered back to your house.

Reliable service.

Fixter were great. They communicated that they couldn't pick up the car at my requested date with plenty of notice. Once I changed it, they were here early and picked up the car. The brakes and discs were changed in a couple of hours and it was duly returned by 10am. Zero hassle, super communicative and efficient and saved me from waiting in garages. Highly recommended!
