Since start of COVID-19, we have implemented procedures to ensure safety of our customers and staff. In order to understand how the current COVID-19 crisis may have affected our customers’ views of our service, we conducted the following survey.
We have received 202 responses in total, and the survey reveals that:
94% of Fixter customers value essential services more now than before the crisis
89% think it’s important to keep their car in good condition during the crisis
87% of customers believe that independent garages have risen to the challenge and introduced appropriate measures
99% believe NHS staff and other key workers should be given special discounts for car maintenance
68% of customers trust local garages more than before the crisis
