Rogers came out via a call under my LV Breakdown cover (which I also recommend). It wasn't urgent and car was at home, so booked for a timeslot the next day. Was able to track their arrival via web page. Josh arrived nicely on time. What a nice, polite and helpful chap. He fixed the problem easily but also took time to do diagnostic tests on the battery and alternator and gave me suggestions on avoiding the problem happening again (it's complicated: car is adapted for me to drive from my wheelchair; hand contols, etc). Great to have someone who is ready to spend that little extra time. He even waited while I elft hte car open and running while I went back into my flat before taking the car 'out on run'.

Another splendid job from the team at SMC - a fantastically fitted fitted tow bar at a fraction of the cost of Halfords, excellent value for money - they even assembled the bike rack for me - these guys go above and beyond! I have used this garage a number of times over the years. The service here is faultless. Engine diagnostics are prompt and accurate, estimates are spot on and the work is carried out to a higher standard than any dealership could ever hope to achieve! Don't waste money on expensive dealer services that will only be conducted by an apprentice - here you have the vast expertise and knowledge of Ian and his dad Bob. More recently SMC saved my wife a small fortune by sorting out the paintwork on her leased Q5. Audi leasing would have hit here for literally thousands for the chips, scratches and knocks on the car - SMC managed to sort the whole lot for under £300 !!! Before returning your lease car let SMC check it over for you - you will not be disappointed. In all - I cant sing their praises enough, SMC now take care of my work van, the family campervan and our family workhorse the Volvo, soon I'll be asking them to service the narrowboat :) Outstanding service all round !

We only select garages with at least a 4/5 online rating: Google, Trustpilot, etc.
Accreditations
We check for existing accreditations: RAC, AA, Trading Standards, Trust My Garage, RMI, IMI & Good Garage xScheme, Bosch, etc.
In person visit
We visit each garage to evaluate the quality of premises and equipment, staff qualifications, capacity, and technical capabilities.
Negotiation
We negotiate preferential terms with each garage. including parts, labour, oil and MOT test rates.
