After having a blow out on the M40/M25 junction I was put in touch with SBL via the RAC. Although it did take slightly longer than stated (which is to be expected on a bank holiday weekend), SBL were super helpful and polite on the phone. When Liam turned up he was very friendly and efficient and was able to get me back on the road within 20 mins. Would definitely recommend you use SBL in a breakdown situation and if Liam turns up then you’ll have a happy chappie helping you out (I’m sure the other team members are just as friendly too) :-)

I went to this garage for my MOT via RAC. This is my first time using their service. The guy sitting by the reception ( I didn’t ask his name, but guessing how he present himself and talked to his team, I think he is the owner or the manager, definitely not just a good receptionist!) gave me a friendly welcome. I mentioned one thing that needs sorting on top of the MOT and gave me honest advice. I collected my car same day and much earlier than I expected.
